Heartily, welcome you all to the R.L. Tawde Foundation’s Sarojini College of Pharmacy, Kolhapur.
Our institute located at heart of Kolhapur City- “Dakshin Kashi”. It is hub of historical, religious
and cultural activities for centuries. It is famous for its unique food cultureand is known for the
production of the famous handcrafted and braided leather slippers called ‘Kolhapurichappal’,which
received the Geographical Indication designation in 2019.In Hindu mythology, the city is referred to
as "Karvir" located on the banks of Panchganga river.
At the outset, I congratulate you all for selecting Pharmacy, a noble profession as a Career,
comprises as an integral part of health care system in India and across the Globe.
As you aware that current century is witness of rapid changes and competition scenario in every
facet of the life. 'Education' is not exception to these changes. Our motto “Committed to excellence
in education” is achieving by’ Student-centric' approach rather than 'Teacher-centric' methods of
teaching-learning.
Ours Sarojini College of Pharmacy established in 2017 and functional in desperate liaison with
vision and mission to meet our motto.Our college has a state-of-the-art infrastructure, well
equipped ultra-modern and spacious laboratories, highly qualified experienced and dedicated faculty,
full-fledged library, lavishly furnished canteen facility.
Due to imparting quality education and homely atmosphere, we have emerged as the preferred choice
for aspiring students. It is noteworthy that we have established strong bondage in industry and our
students are working in top ranked organizations and withdrawing very handsome packages.Our
placement cell is functional 24x7 and committedto train and equip our students to get placed in top
multinational corporations by polishing the talent hidden in them. Our college has an impressive
placement record and that places us amongst the best educational institutes. In addition to this,
the college organizes training sessions, guest lectures, seminars, conferences, workshops, sports
events, cultural activities etc. for the all-round development of each and every student. The
conduction of soft skill training sessions by the professionals is an attempt to help students
become job ready candidates for the competent pharmaceutical companies.The Students and faculties
